The Ideal Protein Diet has worked for me. Over a four month period starting in May, 2014, I lost 40 plus pounds on this diet. I have been able to maintain this weight loss since then.

I was feeling very sluggish, bloated and not full of life. I went online to Advanced Physical Medicine to make an appointment for a colon hydrotherapy. Well lets just say after doing 3 sessions, I FEEL AWESOME! Elida is the best colonic therapist that you can ever have. Not only is the procedure comfortable, but afterwards you will have so much energy. Elida also recommended the Total Tea Gentle Detox Tea, and OMG! Also the best. I have type 2 Diabetes, and I have been feeling so much better with this tea. It's a great taste, no sugar needed! This was the best decision that I have done in a long time. The staff here is also pretty awesome! Thank you so much Advanced Physical Medicine and Elida!

The Ideal Protein Diet has worked for me. Over a four month period starting in May, 2014, I lost 40 plus pounds on this diet. I have been able to maintain this weight loss since then. On the Ideal Protein diet I can honestly say that I have never been hungry, and it has helped me change over to healthy eating habits. I am a type-two diabetic and was on one-half dozen different medications for diabetes. With the weight loss my blood sugars are now normal and I am off all diabetic meds! The Ideal Protein diet has changed my life!
